The Team Leader – Foster and Kinship role is a full time position based in Inala, Brisbane. This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of professionals engaged in delivering foster and kinship care services. The Team Leader oversees the implementation of programming and practice strategies, ensures service delivery excellence, maintains compliance with regulations, fosters stakeholder relationships – both internal and external, and contributes to service direction, quality, and reporting.

This position is funded until March 2027 with the possibility of extension.
