Description: The IFYS Child Protection Residential Care Programs support children and young people needing a safe, dependable, and nurturing living environment. A day in the role of a Residential Youth Worker may include supporting young people to manage challenging behaviours, planning or attending activities and following daily routines to promote life-skills development. Residential Youth Workers complete case notes and admin tasks daily as well as helping to maintain a clean and safe environment. Located in the Moreton Bay region, this is a casual position at Level 3 on the SCHADS Award plus salary packaging options and penalty rates for afternoons/overnights/weekends.
