Online training for foster carers and their agencies

Hope & Healing is mandatory for all general foster carers in Queensland and the online training is currently administered by PeakCare. To provide you with the training and issue a certificate on your completion of the training, PeakCare and your agency require some basic information to set up your account. This information is at a minimum your first and last name and an email address. Information provided as part of this process, including the email address, will not be used for any reason other than the provision of the training as per the privacy policies.

If you have any concerns or wish to be removed from the system, please contact your agency who are managers of their respective data. You can also find copies of the privacy policies and terms of service on the log-in page of the Clui platform.

Online training for residential care workers and their employers

Hope & Healing – Residential Care is mandatory for all residential care workers in Queensland and the online training is currently administered by PeakCare.
