Description: The IFYS Supports by Design initiative has been providing high quality home and community support to children, adolescents, adults and seniors with disabilities for over 40 years. As a Disability Support Worker you will provide daily supports to individuals within Supported Independent Living Arrangements (SIL). Using a strengths based approach, you will help participants to enhance their skills and independence and to reach their personal goals. Located in Rockhampton, this is a casual position at Level 2.2 on the SCHADS Award plus salary packaging options and penalty rates for afternoons/overnights/weekends.
