Submission to the Queensland Legal Affairs and Community Safety Parliamentary Committee in response to the Working with Children Legislation (Indigenous Communities) Amendment Bill 2017

On 18th August 2017, PeakCare lodged a submission to the Queensland Legal Affairs and Community Safety Parliamentary Committee in response to the Working with Children Legislation (Indigenous Communities) Amendment Bill 2017, with a specific focus on the interface with the Child Protection Act 1999 and working or volunteering with children and young people at risk of or subject to statutory child protection intervention.
