Full Member Application
Organisations wishing to become a Member are required to submit an application form and documentation in support of their application as listed on the application form. Each application is considered and approved by PeakCare’s Board of Governance.
Full membership annual fees
The membership year runs from 1st July to 30th June each year. Fees shown include GST.

| B. Organisations with gross revenue totalling more than $1million per annum but less than $2million* | $340 |
| C. Organisations with gross revenue totalling more than $2million per annum but less than $4million* | $1,295 |
| D. Organisations with gross revenue totalling more than $4million per annum but less than $6million* | $2,200 |
| E. Organisations with gross revenue totalling more than $6million per annum but less than $8million* | $3,060 |
| F. Organisations with gross revenue totalling more than $8million per annum* | $3,950 |
