Queensland Child Safety Commission of Inquiry – Public Hearings February 2026

The Commission will hold public hearings in Brisbane from Monday 2 to Friday 6 February 2026
These hearings will be a continuation of the hearings held in Brisbane, in December 2025. This means the hearings will focus on the processes and procedures for child protection legal proceedings. This includes investigating the role of the Director of Child Protection Litigation and the Office of the Child and Family Official Solicitor.
