Concerned about a child?

PeakCare is unable to investigate any matters relating to child/ren in care. Please do not provide any personal information of a child/ren in care to PeakCare, it is an offence under the Child Protection Act 1999 to publish information (including disclosure in an email/letter) that identifies or may lead to identification of a child.

If you are seeking advice, please ensure the request does not directly identify the child/ren.

If you are concerned about a child in care and have a reasonable belief that the child may be at risk of harm you should report this to Queensland Police Service, by contacting Policelink on 131 444.

If you have a complaint about the care of child under the Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety you should contact the Complaints Unit on:
