Description: The Case Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of one assigned Non-Family Based Care Program and leading a team of Residential Youth Workers. Case Managers make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people by ensuring they are provided high standards of care in a safe living environment. Located in Townsville, this is a permanent full-time leadership role, Monday to Friday, at Level 5 on the SCHADS Award plus superannuation and salary packaging options.
