T2A Month – coming up around the corner

Transition to Adulthood (T2A) Month is held in November each year. T2A Month highlights the needs of young people as they make the journey from the child protection system to adulthood, experiencing positive life outcomes along the way. The theme for this year is ‘Hopes and Dreams’. Every young person has dreams for their future, and care-experienced young people should be listened to, supported and empowered to thrive and transform their dreams into reality. Visit the website for useful information, handy resources and positive events to support T2A Month.
