REMINDER – PeakCare’s Members and Supporters Survey

All who have received invitations to complete PeakCare’s biennial Members and Supporters Survey are reminded that the survey closes on Monday 4th October. The survey usually takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Complete the survey and you can enter into a draw to win one of three gift vouchers – a $100 voucher, a $50 voucher or a $25 voucher. Most importantly, your feedback will contribute to PeakCare’s strategic directions, priorities and operational planning.

If you have not received an invitation to complete the survey but would like to do so, please email office@peakcare.org.au and request that a link to the survey be sent to you. Please note that this is a Members only survey. You must be an employee of a PeakCare Member organisation or a registered Supporter to be eligible to participate. When emailing your request for a link to the survey, please include the name of your organisation.
