PeakCare AGM date CHANGED – to Wednesday, 28th April

enews-070421-AGM-change-of-date

PeakCare is very sorry! Earlier today we announced that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) would be held on Monday, 26th April 2021 without realising that Queensland, unlike some other States, would be holding a public holiday for ANZAC Day on this date. Thank you to all who quickly brought this to our attention.

The AGM will now be held from 5.30 to 6.30pm via ‘Zoom’ on Wednesday, 28th April 2021.

Again, PeakCare encourages all our Member organisations to carefully consider the Election Statements produced by the eight candidates standing for election to fill the five positions to be vacated on the Board.

Voting Delegates will soon be receiving easy-to-follow instructions about how to confidentially cast their votes from GoVote, the company engaged by PeakCare to administer the on-line voting system that we will be using this year.

Voting Delegates, current Members of the Board, the candidates standing for election, registered PeakCare Supporters as well as some invited guests will also soon be receiving their invitations to attend the AGM with advice provided about how to register their attendance. Voting Delegates will be encouraged to forward their invitations on to colleagues and other staff within their organisations who will also be welcome to attend.

Stay tuned for more information about the re-scheduling of the much-anticipated Awards Ceremony that will now be held as a distinct event separately from the AGM.
