From participant feedback and the assistance of the Queensland Human Rights Commission, PeakCare has developed a new resource designed to assess compatibility of organisational decision-making with the provisions of the Queensland Human Rights Act 2019. The resource leads decision-makers through three steps informed by legislatively protected rights, impacts and implications, and what is considered reasonable and justifiable.
