Residential care workers and their immediate supervisors are now able to complete the Relationships module on the e-learning platform, this being the 7th of 10. All modules will be uploaded to the platform and available within the next 3 months. Power Point versions of the modules will be released in July, enabling organisations to train more broadly and in groups. For example, there may be managers and therapeutic workers who support the work undertaken in houses and they will be able to do so in congruence with the framework. This mode of presentation will also be made available to other agencies that work alongside residential care staff, eg Evolve Therapeutic Services, Child Safety Officers.
