Children’s Week 2022

This year, Queensland Children’s Week will be celebrated from 22nd to 30th October, with this year’s theme based on UNCRC Article 27, stating “All children have the right to a standard of living that supports their wellbeing and healthy development”. Over 150 public and private celebrations have been registered to take place across the state to celebrate this year’s theme. Event registrations received by Thursday, 20th October will go in the draw to win one of three $200 gift cards, and will also receive promotional packs to help support the event. Register an event, or find an event near you. To launch the week, Children’s Rights Queensland and 54 Reasons are holding a free family fun day at Teralba Park, Brisbane, featuring fun for the whole family including community stalls and activities, music and entertainment, interactive displays, jumping castle, food stalls and giveaways. Registrations are required.
