On 19th November 2015, PeakCare lodged a submission in response to the consultation draft of the Child Protection Reform Amendment Bill 2016, released for stakeholder input on changes to court processes recommended by the Queensland Child Protection Commission of Inquiry (Carmody Inquiry).
