The Common Approach® is a prevention-focused and flexible way of working to support quality conversations with young people and their families and carers about all aspects of their wellbeing. The Common Approach® is a child-centred, strengths-based, holistic and collaborative way of working that helps to shift the focus from a traditional deficit model to one that empowers children, young people and their families.
