Celebrate Transition2Adulthood Month
Come along to find out what support is available for young people with a care experience as they transition to adulthood. This event is for young people with a care experience, carers, supporters and friends.
When: Thursday 17th November, 12pm to 4pm
Where: Rowan Park, next to 372 Kingston Road, Slacks Creek
