Workforce Futures Strategy – information required from NGOs

The Workforce Futures Strategy (2019-2022) project is a strategic workforce initiative being undertaken by the Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) to align service delivery expectations of the community to the sector’s workforce planning and development agenda. As part of the project the QFCC is undertaking work to produce a workforce profile and develop workforce futures scenarios which consider a range of variables such as external and internal workforce impacts, labour market conditions, critical knowledge and skills, key occupational groups and more. The QFCC would appreciate non-government organisations providing details (non-identifying) about their organisation including: total number of staff; total number of staff who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander; gender; job roles/titles; qualifications; time in service. This information can be provided to Neville Shoesmith, Principal Advisor Strategic Workforce Leadership QFCC, via email, phone (07) 3900 6044, or in writing to PO Box 15217 Brisbane City East QLD 4002.
