Dear PeakCare Members, Supporters and eNews subscribers
Throughout the day on 21st November 2018, PeakCare will be hosting our ‘SPEAK OUT: Improving Outcomes through Advocacy’ Symposium
at Riverside Receptions, 50 Oxlade Drive, New Farm.
The symposium program including the exciting range of speakers, presentations, panel-led discussions and workshop activities planned for the day will be released shortly along with details about how to register. The symposium will be followed by PeakCare’s Annual General Meeting and end-of-year celebrations that will feature our usual array of guest speakers, raffles and awesome entertainment.
In support of the Allison Baden-Clay Foundation
Additionally, we are collecting pledges of donations to the Foundation that will be presented during the event to Ms Vanessa Fowler, Allison’s sister.
It is an opportunity being given to you to collegiately support the work of the Allison Baden-Clay Foundation and join with others in paying our respects and honouring Allison’s legacy.
How to submit your pledge
A donation may be pledged by an organisation or by an individual. A work group may also consider taking up a collection that can be pledged by the group. To make your pledge, simply complete this form and email it to lwegener@peakcare.org.au. You will then receive emailed instructions about how to make your donation.
If you are able to assist by pledging a donation, PeakCare will be pleased to publicise your generous support during the event being held on 21st November, on our website and Facebook page, and in our eNews, noting that the amount of your donation will not be disclosed. If you prefer, you may also state that your donation is to be kept confidential in which case it will be described as an anonymous donation. At regular intervals leading into this event, PeakCare will be reporting on the progress being achieved in receiving pledged donations.
Thank you to all who have already submitted a pledge.
We trust that you will soon be joined by many more.
