Join friends and colleagues in celebrating Transition2Adulthood Month, kicking off with the T2A Party in the Park today until 4pm. Come along to find out what support is available for young people with a care experience as they transition to adulthood. This event is for young people with a care experience, carers, supporters and friends. Free activities include dunk tank – come along and dunk your CSO, rock climbing wall, reptile experience, kombi van photo booth, deadly choices and plenty of free food and giveaways.
