Supported Living Facilitator, Disability Support (Toowoomba) – UnitingCare
UnitingCare is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker for the Toowoomba location. Renumeration includes $40.26 per hour base rate, super and penalties and allowances.
About the role –
As a Supported Living Facilitator (Disability Support Worker), you will be balancing your commitment to actively work in partnership with individuals and their families while helping the people UnitingCare supports, in their own homes or within group care. This is a shift worker role, successful candidates will be required to work on a rostered basis, including sleepovers, weekends and public holidays. You must be available for at least five days per week and be willing and able to work one weekend a fortnight.
