Scope of renumeration in NFPs – now open for your input

The Pro Bono Salary Survey is the most comprehensive report of renumeration across the not-for-profit sector. The annual report has become a trusted part of social service infrastructure, informing board and management decisions to support fairness in renumeration decisions across the sector. The 2019 Survey found women working in smaller not-for-profits make just 90 cents for every dollar a man earns in the same role, All employees of not-for-profits organisations are invited to complete the seven-minute survey to inform the next report due April 2020. All respondents will receive the report at half price once released, and will also go into the draw to win one of three reports for free.
