Save the date for National Conference on Indigenous Incarceration 2018

Save the date for Tweed Coast Psychology’s National Conference on Indigenous Incarceration Thursday, 28th to Friday, 29th June 2018 at the Mantra at Salt Beach, New South Wales. The Conference will discuss the overrepresentation of Indigenous peoples in prison in Australia and options for rehabilitation and change, such as healing and rehabilitation centres and raising the age of criminal responsibility from 10 to 14. First Nations peoples will also be sharing their lived experiences with the criminal justice system. More details will be available soon so stay tuned!
