World Social Work Day 2018 highlights Promoting Community and Environmental Sustainability, providing the opportunity for social workers to celebrate the achievements of their profession and the role it plays in helping individuals, families and their communities. To celebrate World Social Work Day, Research in Practice has made the Research and Policy Update open access to view until Saturday, 31st March. The Update contains an array of resources with summaries focussing on child sexual exploitation and explores social workers’ confidence and understandings of how to tackle challenges encountered when dealing with child sexual exploitation. Subscribe to Research in Practice to keep updated on the latest research and policies in the sector.
