In this week’s edition of eNews you will notice a long list of ‘reminders’ including the closing date for submissions in response to the Child Protection Reform Amendment Bill; conferences, training and other events that are on the horizon; and closing dates for registrations to various events. You are invited to use the articles as a ‘check-list’ to make sure that there is nothing you have missed out on or forgotten about over recent weeks that requires your attention.

Chief executive officers, managers and service coordinators are invited to help PeakCare help you keep your staff informed about the latest news concerning child protection and family support and the progress of related reform agendas. Build subscriptions to PeakCare’s eNews into the induction of all new staff members. Allocate some time during staff meetings to encourage and assist all existing staff to become eNews subscribers. To become a subscriber, they simply visit the home page of PeakCare’s website and enter their name and email address where indicated.
Member agencies are also encouraged to complete and submit their Contact List for 2017-18 if they have not already done so. It will take you less time to complete than you think. In addition to allowing PeakCare to update our records about Voting Delegates and ‘authorised spokespersons’, the collected information will assist PeakCare to better target our communications to groups who have a shared interest.
