The second week of the Queensland’s multicultural celebrations explores how digital technology supports and strengthens cultures. While all Indigenous languages and dialects in Queensland are considered endangered, technology is increasingly being used as a tool for language revival. There are a number ofIndigenous language apps that are available designed to help children in particular learn about the heritage of their languages. Find out more ways in which digital technology is supporting and strengthening culture.
