The Celebrating Reconciliation Small Grants Program commemorates two significant milestones in our national history—the successful 1967 Referendum and the 1992 High Court Mabo decision. National Reconciliation Week (27th May to 3rd June) is a national campaign that celebrates and builds on respectful relationships shared by Aboriginal peoples, Torres Strait Islander peoples and non‑Indigenous Australians. Applications are now open for grants of up to $2,500 for events being held by non-profit or local government organisations during Reconciliation Week that increase awareness of reconciliation, promote and facilitate positive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians, and encourage inclusive community participation and engagement. Find out more and apply.
