QCPW grants available

Queensland Child Protection Week (QCPW) has launched the new Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Engagement Grant for not-for-profit groups operating in Queensland. Applications are invited for one-off grant payments of $5,000 in response to the selection criteria. This is a new grant in addition to the existing Regional and Activity grants. The selection criteria specify that the event must reflect the principles and theme of QCPW and raise awareness of issues of relevance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Funding submissions must also reflect collaboration with other agencies across multiple regional locations (minimum 5 organisations required) and the lead organisation applying for the grant should be community controlled. Applications close 17th May. Find out more and apply.
