QCOSS and PeakCare discuss effective casenote recording

PeakCare’s own Lindsay Wegener will present this workshop in conjunction with QCOSS, focused on building important casenote writing skills for frontline workers. Casenotes are a crucial aspect of record keeping which supports decision making and client outcomes. This workshop will cover the basic principles of casenote writing while addressing some of the more complex issues that casenote writers need to consider. Participants will consider the purpose of casenotes, the ways in which casenotes may be used in both service delivery and in the justice system, and how casenotes and caseplans intersect. Find out more and register.
