Platform18 Primary Health Care Service

Primary18 is a free and confidential primary health care service operating out of the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in South Brisbane for young people aged 15-18 years who are under child protection orders. Primary18 provides health assessments and support services. An outreach service is also available for those who cannot visit the hospital. Referrals can be made by a young person directly, by support staff or by a child safety service centre. Download the referral form or view the flyer for further details.
