On 3rd February 2017, PeakCare lodged a submission in response to the 2016 Consultation on the Review of the “Right to Information Act 2009” and “Information Privacy Act 2009” paper as part of a legislatively mandated review of the efficacy of Queensland’s freedom of information laws.
