PeakCare Forum to discuss issues relating to securing appropriate and affordable insurance coverage – EOIs closing today

PeakCare is cognisant of the fact there are significant differences in the level of awareness held by non-government organisations about the nature and extent of these challenges – ranging from fiercely aware and concerned through to having minimal or no awareness at this stage. First and foremost, a major purpose of the forum is to raise the level of awareness of options and potential challenges. Appropriate insurance poses a critical issue for our sector as not having the right insurance will have the potential to expose agencies to significant financial and reputational risks. If your organisation is not as yet a PeakCare Member, but you would also like to be represented at this forum, please coordinate the nomination of up to two senior staff from your agency and email advice of their names and contact details to Tom Allsop, Principal Advisor, PeakCare Qld Inc, at tallsop@peakcare.org.au by COB today, Tuesday 29th June.
