A four day conference showcasing innovative approaches to new world challenges for supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people’s wellbeing
Gather with delegates and speakers from around the country to discuss challenges and share knowledge and experiences in raising happy, healthy and confident children in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The 2021 gathering comes at a significant time. The last year has shown how rapidly the political and social landscape can shift, so it is more important than ever to join and consider the impacts these events have had on communities, and how practitioners, communities and policymakers can work together to meet these new world challenges. Key themes at this conference will focus on the impacts of COVID-19 on our communities, child safety and wellbeing, early years and the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people.
A must attend conference for anyone working in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and family services.
Abstract submissions open 4th December 2020, with registrations to open 19th February 2021. Stay tuned at the Conference website for more details.
