The Queensland Mental Health Week Achievement Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals, groups and organisations working tirelessly to reduce stigma and support and empower those living with mental illness. Nominations are open now until 2nd September across 10 award categories with winners to receive an engraved trophy and framed certificate. Categories include not-for-profits, culturally and linguistically diverse, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Early Years, and more. The overall winner will receive the Earle Duus Award, which includes a $4,000 prize to continue the winner’s great work in the mental health sector. Winners will be presented at a ceremony on Friday, 11th October at Brisbane City Hall. Find out more and nominate.
