This year FIVE of the SEVEN positions on PeakCare’s Board will be vacated. This will make the election of Board Members at our forthcoming AGM the most critical election to have been held in many years. The closing date for receiving nominations has been extended to Friday, 9th November 2018 to ensure that there is an ample and strong field of candidates.

A correctly completedNomination Form, a Candidate Election Statement and a ‘head and shoulders’ picture (preferably in JPEG format) of each candidate must be emailed tolwegener@peakcare.org.au by COB on 9th November 2018.
