New workplace legislation now in place

Amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) are now in place affecting workplace laws in relation to: pay secrecy and what can be included in job advertisements, multi-employer bargaining provisions, limiting the use of fixed term contracts, protected attributes under existing anti-discrimination provisions, and more.
