The National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (NAPCAN) will be holding an afternoon tea to launch a new video about the importance of talking to your baby, with Minister Fentiman speaking at The Family Place, 35A North Street, Woodridge, Logan City on Tuesday, 17th October.
