National Volunteer Week 2019

National Volunteer Week is the best time to acknowledge and promote the invaluable contributes of Australia’s 6 million volunteers. Join in this nationwide event under this year’s theme – Making a world of difference – which also signifies the 30th anniversary of National Volunteer Week. Host an event to thank your volunteers and promote your volunteer program. If you need event ideas, please read the Volunteering Queensland resource guideand for funding to support your organisation’s event, apply for a National Volunteer Week Small Grant, which makes available up to $500 to eligible Queensland volunteer-involving organisations able to meet the conditions of the grant. Applications close Friday, 10th May.
