Australian Council Of Social Service (ACOSS) will launch Anti-Poverty Week 2017 on Sunday, 15th October at Weave Youth & Community Services in Waterloo, Sydney. The event will include a press conference and feature former Minister for Social Security, the Honourable Brian Howe AO, who led the Hawke Government’s Family Package, Emeritus Professor Bettina Cass and Professor Peter Whiteford.
