The Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) Building Employer Confidence and Inclusion in Disability Grant is closing soon. This grant aims to build the confidence and ability of employers to hire, support and retain employees with disability and create inclusive workplaces. Initiatives funded through this grant may focus on improving organisational capabilities to recruit and retain people with disability, addressing industry and workplace culture, and supporting growth industries to provide career pathways for people with disability.
