Hope and Healing for Residential Care – Online Certificates
In January 2023, all organisations will be shifted over to the latest version of Hope and Healing for Residential Care which allows for online approvals and certificate issuance. This exciting update will help organisations more quickly on-board staff, as those completing the latest version will always have access to their certificates, saving on administrative effort. Information Sessions have been occurring over October and November 2022 with most organisations attending a session preparing for (or in many cases making) the change.
If you wish to confirm that your organisation has had a representative register for the information session, please email support@peakcare.org.au. A recorded version of the information session will be available later this month for those who have been unable to attend or require a refresher, information regarding this will be sent to current administrators and key contacts.
