Home Stretch Symposium on 13th September – don’t wait to secure your ticket

The second Home Stretch Symposium: National Symposium on Extending Care to 21 will be held online on Monday, 13th September. Home Stretch Symposium #2 will build on the knowledge and insights gained from the first Home Stretch Symposium. Successful Australian Extended Care models and components that are being implemented will be showcased and there will be an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the success factors in these approaches. The Symposium will examine: where we are up to with Extending Care to 21 and what this means for young people and carers; latest national and international research on Extending Care to 21; experiences and challenges of introducing Extended Care to 21 years, based on current experience, and more. Find out more and register.
