People in Queensland who have been affected by Centrelink’s automated ‘RoboDebt’ recovery system are being called on to participate in a research project. QCOSS is partnering with the University of Queensland for the project, which will investigate the impact that RoboDebt has on people from a wide range of background, including professionals. It will also examine their perceptions of automated decision-making.
