Final round of Truth, Healing and Reconciliation Grants Program

The purpose of these grants is to continue in the footsteps of the Royal Commission into Institutional Child Sexual Abuse by revealing the truth of the abuse that occurred within Queensland institutions to children, and contributing to healing and reconciliation. The program will provide funding for community groups and organisations to undertake projects related to truth-telling, healing and reconciling histories of people with lived experience of institutional child abuse across all Queensland communities. Applications close Wednesday, 8th June. Find out more and apply. For more information contact Ms Kelly Lotz, Manager, Redress Coordination/Secretariat Unit, Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs via email at taskforce.secretariat@cyjma.qld.gov.au.
