SUMMARY:Online NDIA community forum: Testing the new way of planning
DESCRIPTION:Join NDIA for an online community forum to learn about how the NDIA is testing the new way of planning. \nThe Australian Government is improving the NDIS to make planning easier and fairer for participants. These changes follow feedback from the disability community and the NDIS Review. \nTesting helps the NDIA to understand if the new way of planning works well for participants before it is rolled out in April 2027.

SUMMARY:Her Mind Her Health Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:Women are still being misdiagnosed\, dismissed\, overlooked or left to navigate care that doesn’t adequately account for hormones\, trauma\, neurodivergence\, caregiving pressures\, violence\, chronic stress\, social inequity and the realities of women’s lives. \nThis conference is about some of the most significant challenges facing mental health practice today. The evidence is growing\, and the conversations are changing. The question now is whether your practice\, services and systems are changing fast enough? \nHMHH brings together clinicians\, researchers\, health leaders\, policymakers and advocates to explore where women are being missed\, misunderstood or underserved across healthcare and mental health systems\, and what better care can look like. \nHMHH26 is here to help clinicians better understand the realities women are presenting with right now – across neurodivergence\, trauma\, hormonal mental health\, burnout\, medical dismissal and systemic gaps in care. \nMonday 31 August – Tuesday 1 September 2026\nJW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa\, Gold Coast\, Queensland \nFind out more and register
