CREATE’s National Survey 2018 is now open for young people between 18-25 years of age with a care experience to speak about their experiences living in care and have their voices heard. Young people can complete the survey online, or over the phone with their local CREATE office or the National office. The survey is completely anonymous and all respondents enter the draw to win $100 gift vouchers and an iPad Mini 4.
