CREATE’s National Survey 2018 is now open, and offers young people 18-25 years old with a care experience the opportunity to share their opinions, experiences and ideas on living in the care system. All participants enter the draw for $100 gift vouchers and an iPad Mini 4. The survey can be completed online or over the phone on 1800 655 105.
