Closing the Gap – priorities and what is needed most to improve the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people?

The Coalition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peak Organisations and the Australian government are conducting a survey into what is needed to improve the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to develop a new National Agreement on Closing the Gap. The results of the survey will inform a report prepared by the Coalition of Peaks, to be provided to governments and made public. The Coalition of Peaks has produced a discussion booklet that has background information on Closing the Gap and defines what will be talked about in the survey. Also available is an illustrated story setting out what the survey is about. Take the survey.
