Child Protection Reform Amendment Bill 2017 – submissions and hearings

Submissions to the Health, Communities, Disability Services and Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Committee in response to the Child Protection Reform Amendment Bill 2017 that was introduced into Parliament by the Honourable Shannon Fentiman MP, Minister for Communities, Women and Youth, Minister for Child Safety and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence on 9 August can now be viewed here. This includes PeakCare’s submission. The series of public hearings being held by the Committee commenced in Brisbane today. Click here to view the full program of hearings that are being held prior to the Committee reporting back to Parliament by 28th September.
